We deprive our mind, body, and full selves the opportunity stillness provides. What makes us fear stillness? I’ll go over some common fears, the benefits of stillness, and some strategies to consider adding to your wellness toolbox.

This was really nice. I needed to hear this. So many great suggestions and points were mentioned in this audio. I am saving this audio to my bookmarks. I was weirded out by the "gaze" thing but it seems interesting. I also never would have thought that avoiding stillness could be contributing to all of those problems you mentioned. This was definitely helpful to me when I was reflecting back on how I live my day to day life and what my personality is like sometimes (I get avoidant sometimes, especially with uncomfortable relationships). Thank you!
Very skilled presentation
Most of this year I have spent more time in stillness and pleasantly surprised at some clarity I have gained on some issues with family. There is much to be said for the term.... be still and listen! I have been able to ignore the chatter and listen and this has brought me some much needed peace in sone areas. I am so thankful for your work and dedication to this podcast. You my dear are such a blessing to so many of us who are still trying to get our shit together !! I’m so proud of my 67 year old self for doing the hard work to improve my life and relationships. Have a beautiful day Nicole! 💜
Excellent! Thank you.
