Very helpful. Will try improve my last crucial hour before sleep. Thank you.
Such an important podcast. I struggled most of 2019 with lack of sleep. I tried numerous things without success before settling on a couple new supplements that have been helpful. Thank you Nicole for your insight on healing our whole body. 💜
I liked the discussion of how to use the hour before bed to wind down. I have set bedtimes for myself but had never stuck to them very well because I had not built in "wind down" time into my planning/schedule. Thank you for pointing that out. I plan to give some of the suggestions presented here a try. 🤲🏻❤️🤲🏻
Thank you
