Really nice discussion. I used to be a barefooter before medical conditions made that less-than-ideal, though I still try to be barefoot as much as I safely can. I have practiced shinrin yoku (forest bathing) my entire life, though I only learned a year or two ago that it actually had a name and was a "thing" elsewhere.
It was good to hear other ideas for self-care in this same vein, too. (I was planning my spring garden when I decided to listen to this for continued motivation and inspiration.) Thank you for sharing this with us. I see you and the light within you. Be well. 🤲🏻❤️🤲🏻
